Oil Filled Transformer Maintenance Report

This oil filled maintenance report is used to periodically inspect and maintain the transformer(s) as a proactive preventative measure. The task involves checking the Transformers condition, including signs of deterioration or any signs of future deterioration in performance.

Generally, identify any issues before they become a problem, and ideally extend the assets (i.e. High Voltage Asset) life.

Across the timespan of a month the electricians save hours of paperwork and admin time. As they moved from paper forms to a mobile job app.

Additionally, prior to the development of this Mobile Job App,  a spreadsheet was used to list the High Voltage Assets at each substation.

With this mobile job app. The electricians select a HV Asset from a predefined list, that only a select few individuals will be able to update.

This will allow teams to easily track of all the jobs completed for a specific HV Asset.

As an end user will be able to select a particular HV Asset in the dashboard and immediately view all of the jobs completed for the selected asset. Including submission date, and associated images.
