BT Group Electrical Safety - View the generated report within the app
This app contains mandatory BT Group Electrical Safety reports used by industrial electricians when performing Periodic Inspection and Testing (Fixed Wire Testing) on BT premises.
Once submitted, the report is
Generated in the correct industry format and is ready for submission to the client or governing body (e.g. BT).
Made instantly available for review within the app.
These forms are used to ensure every BT site complies with the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 and BS 7671 (The Wiring Regulations).
Appendix 1 – Periodic Electrical Inspection and Test:
The primary Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR).
Appendix 2 – Remedial Works List:
This form is used to document any faults or non compliances found during the inspection that require repair to make the installation safe.
Appendix 3 – Periodic Inspection and Test and Remedial Works Identified:
It cross-references the findings from Appendix 1 with the necessary actions in Appendix 2.
Appendix 4 – Limitation List:
A critical document for industrial electricians on BT sites. It records agreed operational limitations, such as circuits that cannot be powered down

An Appendix 3 form submission has been selected. Upon selecting the 'View Doc' button. The PDF or word document that was generated when the form was submitted, is made available to view.
