LV Maintenance - Offline accessibility
Apex Power Apps Mobile Job Apps can be used without an internet connection.
This app (Low Voltage Maintenance) has an offline capability.
As the data entered is stored directly within the device. Which in this example is a tablet.
If an internet connection is not present. A user can close the form without submitting it.
This unsubmitted form will appear under the incomplete form section, on the apps home page.
When the user regains an internet connection, they will be able to open that particular report and submit it.
Once the job has been successfully submitted, the data that was stored in the device is cleared.
Data entered into multiple distinct reports can be simultaneously stored within the single device.

The user interface aligns with the user journey. Taking the user through each step within the job.
A notification appears at the top of the screen. Informing the user that the form cannot be submitted without an internet connection. But it will be saved, and thus can be submitted once an internet connection is regained.
Site and Buildings section on an existing Low Voltage maintenance form, was migrated over to this job app.
