Automated Email Forwarding

Emails were sent to the Data Managers inbox where he would manually read each message, identify the client account, and forward it on to the correct account manager.

This Power Automate cloud and desktop flow automatically forwarded the email onto the correct person, by using RegEx to obtain the account number from the email body and looking up the corresponding Account Manager on a mapping table.
