Change Request Approval Flow

This Power Automate cloud flow handles the approval process for an IT Change Management Request Power App.

When a request is submitted, the IT Manager receives an approval notification in both Microsoft Teams and email. The approver can approve or reject the request and add optional comments directly within the approval card.

Once a decision is made, the flow automatically sends a status email back to the requester, including the approver’s response and any comments provided.
