Power Apps Signature

This flow is connected to numerous digital forms developed in Power Apps.

These Power Apps collect signatures. The signatures are saved as jpeg files and stored as an attachment for the lead record in a SharePoint List, to which the data submission was associated with.

The flow takes in four variables, including the Lead ID Record, and the Signature.

The Signature is submitted to the flow as a Base64 string.

The flow includes a switch statement based on the form type, and uses the base64ToBinary function in an expression to decode the base64 string back into binary.
